Next, you indicate the desired delivery time and any other wished related to your request, such as: content, style and/or lay-out.

The level of difficulty, the size of the text and the delivery time are to be considered in the final calculation of the total cost.

• After explicit mutual agreement in writing (email), a first draft of the translation is made, corrected and proofread.

• The text will be processed in the desired lay-out and file-format.

• An extensive package of software and CAT tools will be used to support the process.

Special-case texts, that are either highly specialized (technical, financial, medical or legal), or too complicated, are forwarded to a proofreader specialized in the respective discipline.

The proofreader is chosen as such to meet high standards of professionalism, accuracy and relevance of expertise.

The finished assignment/translation is delivered (preferably only digitally unless sworn and/or legalised).

Before you receive the invoice you will receive a version of our General Terms and Conditions and will be reminded of our special prompt payment discount applicable to amounts equal to (or more than) € 150.

After every finished project our customers is invited to provide their feedback using an online feedback-form.
