What is a good quality translation/translator?
We believe that a good quality language (translation) service and or a good translator should meet 10 basic criteria.
1. Special care for completeness, accuracy and relevance
2. The translator is a "native speaker" / "near native" in the target or source language
3. The translator is familiar with the stylistic nuances of his second language
4. The translator has sound knowledge of the cultural and dialectical aspects of languages
5. The translator has a high level of education
6. Confidentiality, integrity and reliability
7. The translator is sworn / licensed (if applicable)
9. The translator is alert and knowledgeable in the field and the context
10. The translator maintains proper professional objectivity
